New to crossfit - and it's kicking my ass!

@smarch Keep a very simple journal notating when you have bad workouts and when you have good ones. Take some time every week to think about what you did the days before your good workouts and what you did before the bad ones. You may find some patterns that help you going forward. Diet and sleep are incredibly important...maybe most important. Be sure not to overlook these integral parts of your fitness journey.
 
@smarch Don’t go hard to start, learn the movements. Don’t be embarrassed if you have to stop and take breaks. We’ve all been there and still there at times. Enjoy it!
