@lil_worried I definitely feel a difference with pre workout, especially working out after a long day. I like to moderate it by doing it on and off so I don’t get conditioned to it.
@lil_worried I’ve had Celsius before and it made me feel like I was having a heart attack and I wasn’t even working out yet. I’ve heard you have to slowly work your way up to a full dose. So if you do try them don’t go all in at once.
