@faithwithobedience Congratulations! Like a few mentioned, I suggest some like-minded workout friends IMO! I do F3 and, while that may not be for everyone, it is a way to connect with and find some workout partners and friends. You could also check out local calisthenics parks if you have them or other workout locations or gyms. You could also look to get hooked up with a local running club.

Just my opinion. Again, congratulations and great job!!!
 
@faithwithobedience Mate, that is awesome progress.

If you don't mind me asking, you mentioned committing suicide. Do you now find that being fit and having your daily exercise routine is/has helped with your overall mental wellbeing?

@eamalto Seems like more a matter of circumstance, but there are things you can do to put yourself in the right circumstances. It takes time and effort though, it's not too easy to find people who you fit with well- especially at the age of 40. Let's acknowledge that OP made great strides already :)

These things will come almost naturally for someone who's improving themselves consistently anyway.
