@lunanica Just to demonstrate that people are really nuts: there are world records for most pushups done over a 24 hour period. 46,001 in 24 hours... and there are only 86,400 seconds in 24 hours. Fuck!

@samuel926 I went through the paper to find this, palmar width is defined as the distance between your acromion (basically tip of your shoulders), so yeah shoulder width.
