@emilyjolene Okay, I will bite then.... I do think that's kinda case , I mean I don't think bodyweight exercise can't cause injuries per se but chances are significantly lesser compared to lifting weights ?

@hymenaeus Fair enough then , it felt like to me gym injuries were more common than people doimg bodyweight exercises ? Maybe it's misconception then I suppose ..
