I wear a 6 in this bra and I wear a 32D or 34C. I’d recommend a 6 based on your bra size since it may be too tight in the band in smaller size.

@silvershark My favorite one is from Athleta! It’s very comfy, and thick, so no extra padding is needed.

@silvershark Panache Sport Wired Bra is my absolute favorite. I have a SheFit bra and it’s pretty good too because it’s adjustable, but it’s kinda a pain to get into relative to the Panache. I’m a 32FF. I’d head over to r/abrathatfits and use their calculator to find your true size and get the Panache.

@silvershark Hmmm my sports bras have a regular strap on the back, like all bras, with three lines of three hooks where you start at the biggest and make it tighter as the bra ages. It's the only type of bra I wear.

@silvershark Im late to this but if you still need suggestions... I LOVE Brookes Moving Comfort bras. I have run and trained for multiple marathons in them. They have padded straps and adjustable hook closures. The style i linked to is on sale, v true to size!

@silvershark Generally I find Lululemon overpriced by my GOD their front zip sports bras are incredible. Your boobs don’t move in them and they’re soo so so comfy.

@silvershark I have some older champion zip front bras that I like. I hate pulling super tight bands over my chest, so they solve that issue.
