@mercyselva I think that's sort of an old rule of thumb, and I don't think it accounts for muscle or other variations in body composition/shape very well! Personally, I'm 5'3" and I don't feel healthy or attractive at 115 - I feel like I look gaunt, and it feels unnaturally thin for my body. 115 or lower may be great for other women of my height though - everyone is different.
