@cflowers87 I did something called 100s. It's body weight, so just do 10 sets of 10: pushups into squats into v-ups. This was my every other day morning routine. I went from 45min to complete the sets (I was in no shape) to 12min to complete the workout. It's a good sweat and easy routine to do in the morning or anywhere. Gave me energy and as I saw my times improving I just felt better about myself.
