Super busy and don’t have time to work out. Suggestions?

@cflowers87 I did something called 100s. It's body weight, so just do 10 sets of 10: pushups into squats into v-ups. This was my every other day morning routine. I went from 45min to complete the sets (I was in no shape) to 12min to complete the workout. It's a good sweat and easy routine to do in the morning or anywhere. Gave me energy and as I saw my times improving I just felt better about myself.
 
@cflowers87 Focus on learning some of the basic principles of hypertrophy. Read books like the muscle and strength pyramids. You have to understand that maybe you won’t be able to exercise. It’s just your circumstances. But at least you can read about it and try your best to fix that issue in your life.
