@deavallsbabe I added resistance bands to my dumbbells to increase the „weight“, when I used my luggage scale hook to measure it it added 3kg to the dumbbells making them 18‘s from 15‘s. I’ve adapted it further and they’re closer to 20kg. Same weights.

Dumbbells are crazy expensive rn so I had to make a different solution.
 
@stephen3141 It’s good to read this, I’ve been resting for months because when I started back I was working out every other day and adding reps each workout to maximize gains, but it caused me to have tendonitis. It’s good to get rid of ego and and start slow and prepare the body for loads it’s not used to. Even if you’re used to working out, after a long break it’s still a good idea to work slowly back into the routine.
