@jodi1028 Yesss I been feeling sad too. Over the holidays I just let myself enjoy time w family. I didn’t focus on training or sticking to my deficit. Starting the new year I went back on my deficit. I was on my deficit for about a week before my appetite increased due to being in my Luteal phase. Ive still been tracking and I’ve been eating at maintenance. I’ve also been so tired. I’ve been sleeping a lot / going to sleep late. Haven’t been consistent w going to the gym. Im having a hard time getting back on track.
This shit is very harrrd. But I’ve picked myself up before and I’ll do it again.
Hopefully once I get my period I’ll get my energy back.
