Tips on creating workout plan

@lukeh I definitely planned on learning more! I just kinda tuned into c+p and swings bc they seemed simple to learn and I heard you get a lot of return on them. But I’ll definitely look into practicing on my cardio days, do you have a recommendation on YouTube for teaching form? I used to do a ton of power cleans for sports but I’ve never done snatches or jerks.
