Total beginner to working out

Hi all, I’m 23(f) new to working out and i just signed up for cross-fit classes in the gym. Today was my third class and while we were doing bench press with 2.5 kilograms of weight, we would do 7 reps and take a 2 minute break, my arm in the third round gave up on the 4th rep. Is this normal??

After the session I had to drive back home and I could barely move the steering wheel left and right.

There are many different workouts that I find a lot o difficulty trying to do like wall walks and burpees. Please let me know if i should be concerned
