When are glute band exercises no longer useful?

@junipermints I agree! Just wanted to add that since OP is doing all 3 videos for 30 mins total that activation or burnout would probably only be 10 minutes max, so not as long! You still want to be able to prioritize the main workout, just add on to the beginning, or if you already have an active warm up you can add it to the end.
 
@ledgekay It’s good for the mind muscle connection! Look up some dynamic stretches to do before leg day and then add in the band work (don’t go to failure) just to warm up the glutes! Good luck. That’s awesome that you’re starting so young!
