Which milk do you consume?

@alank85 Curd does have 4 gms of protein per 100 gm and buttermilk has 1.3 gm per 100 ml but it's like 15 calories so it keeps me away from mindless eating that's why I take it.
 
@fullofglory Tum logon ko yaar kaise smjhau ? Dood koi sa pee le bhai mere bas gandagi mat khao body ban jayegi!!! Ghar ka kuch kha lo body ban jayegi !! Dood 4 glass pee lo koi dikkat nahi hai !!! Protein intake achha rakho aur bahar ka mat khao itna karna hota hai exercise k saath...complex mat banao iss process ko.
 
@fullofglory If you want low fat milk use toned milk after boiling cooling and removing the fat layer. I don't find taste of tetrapak milk to be for me.
 
@fullofglory The smoothie will thicken due to fibrous fruits or yogurt not due to low fat milk vs whole milk.

Low fat milk is good so you can increase milk consumption without increasing saturated fat consumption.

Protinex is trash. Stop wasting your money on it.

Also I find it funny that doctors recommend shit like Protinex while fear mongering about whey protein.
