@alank85 Curd does have 4 gms of protein per 100 gm and buttermilk has 1.3 gm per 100 ml but it's like 15 calories so it keeps me away from mindless eating that's why I take it.
@fullofglory Tum logon ko yaar kaise smjhau ? Dood koi sa pee le bhai mere bas gandagi mat khao body ban jayegi!!! Ghar ka kuch kha lo body ban jayegi !! Dood 4 glass pee lo koi dikkat nahi hai !!! Protein intake achha rakho aur bahar ka mat khao itna karna hota hai exercise k saath...complex mat banao iss process ko.
@fullofglory I don't think the type of milk is the reason behind your thick smoothie. Skimmed milk is literally water like consistency. Maybe you're adding too little..
@fullofglory If you want low fat milk use toned milk after boiling cooling and removing the fat layer. I don't find taste of tetrapak milk to be for me.
