100% vegan, 0% exercise

@daviddd Thanks dude but it's easy, first time I done them it took me a good hour. I can knock them out in 10 minutes now. I add extras to them like 2 pushups, 3 pushups, navy seals, etc. 20-30 minutes a day, that's all I need. No gym, no equipment. Check out Iron Wolf on YouTube and Burpees King. They're the real beasts 💪

Oh and don't forget the Sea Moss 🔥😁
