@jonjones229 Have we heard anything on Hopper? Injured or sick? I’m surprised at him this weekend.

@jarvis75 Might have had heat stroke or some kind of heat induced imbalance and can't recover in time. He looked very unwell.

@jarvis75 That’s what I was wondering. He just looks like he’s running on fumes. No fire in him right now. It’s not what I expected. I didn’t think a podium spot was in his future but potentially being cut after 2 days seemed even less likely.

One had to just nope out on the whole season due to burnout.

@ezie Katrin is 12th and Amanda is 21st. But yeah, not really the results I was expecting. Then again, I didn’t expect Justin or Pat to struggle so much either so it’s just one of those games this year.

@ezie He works with them all to a degree but Mal was his primary focus. His number 2 guy oversees Hopper. Jake Marconni I think. At least on the daily stuff because I know at competition he’s there with them all.

@ezie Tbf from the sound of it she burned her self out. It sounded like Mat tried to real her back in some, but she wanted to go all out all the time

@ezie This is also the second time she had to take time off because of burnout. She did once when she was in the teen division.
