@jonjones229 My guess is Laura is going to have a middle pack finish on this, it's a bar muscle up and running workout. Emma Lawson, Alex Gazan, and maybe Alexis Raptis move up with Lawson leading going into Saturday. I hope Emma Carey gets a solid showing.

Males, it really feels like Roman shouldn't be a good runner but he is so I think another top 5ish for him. Justin has a strong showing.
