And on to Friday. Lots of familiar names near the top. Who will take the opportunity to solidify their spot up there today?

3 events for the teams today. They'll be taking part in the olympic total, cross-country 5k, and Bike, Row, Hold.

Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes:

F1/M1

400-m shuttle run

Max-reps snatches

*Two athletes from the team will complete this test. F1 will have 3 minutes of work before releasing M1 to complete the test. After 6 minutes, the final two team members will immediately move on to Test 7. *

then F2 will begin Test 7. Once the athlete crosses the finish line, M2 will be released.

Muscle-Up Bob


Event Start Time: 3:40pm CT / 4:40pm ET / 1:40pm PT / 8:40pm UTC / 9:40pm CET

For time:

Push Bob 126 feet (1,188 lb)

Then,

3 rounds of:

10 synchro muscle-ups

15 Worm clean and jerks (340 lb)(154kg)

42-foot Bob push (1,188 lb)(~539kg)

Time cap: 18 minutes

B-Bells and P-Bars


Fortime:

21/15/9 reps of synchro axle deadlifts, all 4 athletes (805 lb)(~365kg)

21/21/21 reps of synchro parallel-bar dips, pair 1 then pair 2

21/15/9 synchro sandbag squats, pair 2 then pair 1 (125/200 lb)(~57/91kg)

Time Cap: 16 minutes
 
@jeanmichel 400-500m short should we believe Jonne Koskis strava. 500m short means a 17 minute finish equals an 18:53 minute 5k pace wise, in reality a bit more as we can expect they sprinted the finish.
