@akingbade Yes! I was nervous she might ended in 30th place which could kill her chance, but that was good. She did try to fix her issue while she was away.
@giftsigns Adler looks strong, feels like he will be tough to beat again this year.

@giftsigns You can tell who trains grip strength and those that don’t. So many riding the struggle bus.

@silentjohn Very much! To many tried to do that long leg lunge and it didn’t help. The bigger the extension the harder to stand. And grip strength is not something programmed much if at all.

@zongruger i think the judging for the lunges (at least) were very consistent. Stand up to a full lock out. quite a few no reps for close calls. Love to see it but brutal. Whoever was in lane 4 Heat 2 for the women got no repped celebrating finishing too early
@silentjohn Judging has been solid on this event. If you don’t cross that yellow line you go back to previous line. I think I may have seen one or two knee fail to touch called.
Great competition, fun and exciting. Congratulations to all the qualifiers, especially the rookies (quite a few this year), commiserations to those who didn't make it. Got to say that my predictions were too bad at all for this semis, only got one women (Amanda Barnhart, sad to say) and two men wrong.
