24 y/o, 5’3”, 198 lbs, self evaluation bf 26%

I have been lifting for a couple of years and I feel like I have been genetically gifted with my lower body which is why I find myself weighing a bit more than my friends. What is the bf % goal and stage weight for someone with my height and/or frame. I would like to compete one day. It’s just something on my bucket list.
