6'6 (202 cm) and almost 2 years progress

@bruce69 As a fairly tall person (~190cm) trying to learn the front and back levers, its nice to see some taller people who are reaching it! Keep it up, and thanks for the motivation to keep perusing this goal!

@bruce69 It just a matter of notation.

If you put in 202cm, google will show it is = 6.62 (feet) which ~~ 6’8” ...

while 6’6” = 6.5 feet = 198 cm.

Congratulation I guess you just discovered your actual Height in imperial units today...

@dawn16 Technically... Since one inch is equal to 2.54cm or 25.4mm.

203.2cm is six foot eight or eighty inches (80 inches x 2.54cm is 203.2cm).

@eballi01 He went from barely being able to do pull-ups, pushups, or dips, to being able to almost hold a front lever. The fuck are you on about, no progress?

@eballi01 Look at his arms, shoulder and core. Damn hell did he progress. A bigger body means gains show at a different pace. Don't bring others down cause you don't understand the concept of progress.

@eballi01 Yeah, probably my progress isn’t that much, I don’t do any diet, and I had no one who could teach me in calisthenics so I tried my best only with what I could see from the internet. But you know, I’m very happy with what I have now, 2 years ago I was a scarecrow.

@bruce69 You need to consume more calories than you burn. Muscles can't grow from air, it's idiotic to put a lot of effort in training and than barely gaining anything from not eating enough.
