A good source of protein to help with your target

@dorothy1226 Slightly sour in taste so some may take time to get accustomed to the taste,so an Amul Protein Lassi/buttermilk is a better bet and well it's more affordable as well

@nightmare7 That's true, but the only reason I prefer this is because yogurt is much easier on the stomach for someone with lactose intolerance like me. Hopefully Amul comes up with alternatives like they have with their lactose free milk, which has been a great help!

@dorothy1226 Of course, I just said what majority prefers, also this would be a good snack/dessert for someone if they add low cal fruits like strawberry, blueberry, apple, pineapple which is not possible with the lassi/buttermilk.

@dorothy1226 Amul protein lassi is technically lactose free

It has the least amount of lactose in a minimum quantity which is required to be legally lactose free

And the same for whey protein powder

Butter milk, blue berry shake, and protein might have some lactose as they are not even technically lactose free
