Almost no muscle gain in 3 years of lifting

@justinebassowooa Bulk and lift till failure are the two biggest things. High protein and high weight.

Edit: and i don’t mean just failure on your set. Workout that muscle till you are physically unable to.
 
@bolevi Double calories is a way to get fat not just muscles, a 500kcal above maintenance is far more ideal, any more then that barely increases muscle growth mostly just fat
 
@205 Doubling calories would get them to 3200. That’s not crazy. It’s what they need if they want to put on weight. I’ve been eating 4000-5000 calories a day for months and I’m still around 10% bf
