@hellokitty You are squating the hex bar deadlift.

This is still too many isolations. Please just do something like GZCLP

Use the standard conventional deadlift, and low bar squat, standing ohp, and standard grip bench all with a barbell

In the program i linked Id swap DB row for Barbell row Add weight when you can hit 10-12 reps on the last set for the t3's

Trust that this will grow your arms, I put on 30-35 pounds of muscle within my first 2 years of lifting. My arms and calves grew 3 inches and i never isolated them.

But at the end of the day 3 sets of curls/ cable extensions/ calf raises at the end of the session wont hurt. Id treat those like how he explains t3's adding weight when you hit 25 reps
