Anyone got a workout routine for me

I’m starting up again but I’m lacking in an actual routine. I just do whatever I’m feeling everyday. I’ve been doing a mix of planks and cycling through other things everyday but I don’t think I’m doing a good enough job in fitting all the muscle groups.

Drop a workout routine for beginners in the comments or pm me. I’m 23M, 5’7, 135 pounds. I do have workout equipment but I’d prefer to start with the minimal like dumbbells and those stretchy things
 
@dcaple If all you have is dumbbells and you don’t want a gym membership you can try this;

Goblet squats 3x10
RDL 3x10
Bent over row 3x10
Lat raise or Standing shoulder press 3x10
Push ups 3x10
Bicep curls 3x10
Dips or tricep extension/kick backs 3x10

You could try that 3 times a week for the next 6 weeks and then start looking at a PPL or 5x5 program and good lucky
