Anyone recommend a C&J program?

@roseprince Hm. Never thought of using the giant as resource for CnJ. I guess it depends on your goal, if you want to be able to do a 10-min set maybe you don’t build enough endurance using that approach?
 
@stringplayer Geoff Neupert RMF. Been running it for he last month. It’s a bit more taxing than the giant. Just started a new job and don’t have a ton of time. I think it’s got my needs. Will run it all the way through.
