As a slow twitch domineant weight lifter, why would a gym manager yell at me for working out too much?

I read that slow twich fibers recover after 60-90 secconds temporarily, but my gym manager doesn't like that I have more slow twitch muscles (i.e. 8 sets per group per day at least). Why is this?

On a side note he used to be a professional soccer player.
 
@medbeel If your gym manager has an opinion about what you’re doing at the gym and feels he is allowed to express it to you, it sounds like time for a new gym

Oh wait, you’re the guy who keeps getting asked to leave gyms, aren’t you?
 
@medbeel By "do you research" are you telling us to watch a few TikToks, maybe some YouTube videos? All humans contain both types, they serve different functions, and if you care about improving performance its worth training both. You gym manager probably "got mad" because you said this to him and he thought you're an idiot
