@felicitypenny Not that I’m aware of. My results have never seemed to hinge on that. The quality of the product matters more, and the consistency of taking it. I recommend this product from Momentous.
@felicitypenny Personally I take one serving 30-45 mins prior to exercise and 1 serving after. I find it helps give me some extra energy during my workout and helps with recovery. If you would like to one take one serving , Ask yourself do I need more fuel while I workout or do you find you are really sore the next day and struggle to recover.
@peter88chao While I would agree that placebo is definitely a possibility. There are is so much conflicting science backed studies , that your own discernment is very important.
@emarketts Interesting! Glad this works for ya. I'll be sticking to a single dose for the foreseeable future, but I may take it later in the day at some point to see if it makes a difference
