High protein = Low testosterone ?

Hi, im an athlete and i do high intensity sport 5-6x a week. im 6’3 and weight 225ish lbs with 8-9% fat. I follow a high protein diet (P:280, C:400, F:105). I never had problem with gaining muscle.

However ive seen a study that says high protein diet may lower testosteron.

I believe theres lot of experienced people so i’d like to know whats your opinion on my macronutrients ratio and the study mentioned. Thank you for answers !

@environmentalman That's a study of 7 people. Common sense dictates that even if there is an effect, it clearly can't be enough to negate the benefits of combining high protein intake with weight training. Otherwise nobody would do it.

It's not worth thinking too much about this stuff. Every day there's something claiming X has Y effect on testosterone. But unless you're having issues there's no sense worrying about it until you approach 40.
