How to progress pull-ups? (F25)

@notmyname Do the Armstrong pull up program. It involves various sets/reps 5 days a week. If you are willing to commit to it your pull-ups will get stronger guaranteed
 
@notmyname Hybrid calisthenics has a video on this, it's also recommended that you build up push ups before going to pull ups. Additionally I'd recommend the armstrong pull up program. I had a good foundation already but went from being able to do about 10 pull ups to being able to do 24 in combat boots in about 6 weeks
 
@notmyname Once a week? You can put a bar on your doorframe and just do one a day. Soon it'll be like breathing so you go to 2 everyday. Next that becomes easy so you start doing 3 and on.

But really tho... Once a week?!
