C calvinabume New member Jul 16, 2024 #67 @immortaldesign I used a vape to quit smoking as an aid and then kicked it. And lots of sugar to replace the carbs from alcohol. Also needed sleeping pills for a few weeks to get off the weed. I know that sounds silly but it helped alot.
