I’m response to my last post: what’s that one food that you know is good for you or is a lower calorie option that you just refuse to eat?

@bakethebread I made my chia pudding with yogurt substituted for the milk a couple of times! If it's not a texture thing, maybe you can try that if you want to give yogurt another go. I did plain Greek yogurt, some chia seeds, then topped it with blueberries and honey.
 
@chaplain777 Fish, I have tried so many different fish in so many different ways over the years but I just hate it all! Even prawns. And so many diet plans include or strongly advise to rely heavily on fish 🤢
