I did GtG with weighted dead bugs for 3 months and got a lot of core strength gains

@jeanvaljean Cool. How did you manage your sets/reps/holds?

I started last week with GtG with Front Lever.

I started with 20sec Adv. Tucked MAX. So I did the whole week 6 times of 10secs (50%) for a total TuT of 60sec a day.

I tested my MAX again on monday and got a 24sec max. Should I do now 5 sets of 12secs (50%) for a total TuT of 60sec a day? Or should I keep going for 6 sets of X sets every time my max increases?

@jeanvaljean I totally agree, a great exercise! Also help me I had an big issue before I start my fitness journey was being consistent on my abs workout. I think that's the key to success in my humble opinion.
