Just finished the 10k swing challenge

Lost about 10lbs, rear posterior chain and forearms bulked up a bit.

Super monotonous workouts. I just did 20x25 with a 70lb kettlebell. I suggest podcasts lol. Workouts went from a gassed 45min to 28.

~55 reps added (squat, renegade row with push up)

I feel great, I’m going to stay with kettlebell’n for awhile. As a reward for finishing the challenge I got some nice ones from kettlebell kings.
 
@dawn16 Sure. I am not saying OP did anything wrong. Just that if you choose a boring protocol, it will be more boring that one with some variety.
 
@chihwahli Ohh sorry, late response. Not really, I was generally super gassed by it so around the middle and end I added some days with other things. Most the time I would throw a burner set I'm for chest, back to quads
