@dawn16 I found out after doing the first 4 weeks that you are supposed to do it 4 times a week once you get to Weeks 5-8. You would just repeat workout A after workout C. Most likely in a MTThF pattern or I sometimes do MWFSat because I like more rest days in between.
@dawn16 Not OP, but yes its 3x a week for the SC workouts like A-Monday, B- Tuesday, C- Friday or whatever you'd like. I know a lot of people do cardio on non SC days.
