@gregory_r_g It can be a lot to press depending on your strength level, but it's not a lot to swing. For me I usually will use heavier if I am training single bell pressing because I can do the 24 for 10-12 reps and I want something in the 5-8 range. Doulbes is a different story. 2x24 is good training weight. Devil is in the details like usual. If you want to put on muscle you'll get there faster with heavier weights, and doubles is usually that route. 2x16 = 32, better for squatting, cleaning, jerking etc.
