@ronlin Dry fighting weight, iron cardio, armor building complex, sprinkle some pullups in there to whatever your strength level is and you're golden. Any of those will serve you well.
@ronlin I haven’t really learned any of the fancy moves so I do squats, press, biceps, row, pushups and some sit-ups and leg raises. Three sets of each 1 min break. Mix it up sometimes like doing lunges instead of squats and maybe some cleans and swings.
