L -Tyrosine - Anyone here, ever tried it ?

Hey, planning to add L-Tyrosine to the below stack,

Please suggest, any reactions or side effects which this can cause ?

Age: 32 yo.
  1. Zinc
  2. Magnesium glycinate
  3. L citruline and Citruline malate (2:1) (cycle it accordingly) - Pre - CM, rest L Citruline (non workout days)
  4. Gingko Biloba - 120mg
  5. Vit E
  6. Vit K2 mk27
  7. Vit D3 and Calcium
  8. B- Complex
  9. Beta Alanine
  10. Taurine
  11. Plant protein
  12. Maca root (occasionally)
  13. Caffeine Tablets (once in a day, 200 mg)
  14. Tadalafil (5mg ) depends on the days
  15. Tribulus - 2000 mg
  16. Creating - 3-5 mg
 
@coffeeandprayer It doesn't interfere with any of the supplements you've mentioned here. It's used in many press workouts these days for increased focus. I hope you aren't taking cialis in pre workout. That along with citrulline could be overkill.
 
@knownunknown Nah cialis 5mg is only when I want to improve performance in bed.

and 2.5 and 5mg is usually a daily dosage.

Cialis isn't taken by me for pre, at night I usually consume it.

@coffeeandprayer Cialis stays in the system for a long time. Around 24 hours if I remember. And idk why people are making such a big deal out of this post lol.
Zinc+Mag is one tab, D3+K2+Calcium is one. Then there's B complex, Vit E and protein. Rest of the things are available in any pre workout you take. That's not shit ton of supplements people chill.
 
@knownunknown DUDE! YOU ARE THE WISEST ONE I HAVE FOUND TILL NOW. I'M GLAD, there are people like me, who understand supplements, which is you.

and definitely this stack isn't even related to classic proper bodybuilding (LOL)

and regarding Cialis. depends. its half life is 17 hours or goes till 24 hours (depends how your body reacts to it). It has to be taken daily to build up in the system, as 2.5 mg and 5mg dosages are considered daily dosage.

( I usually take 10 tablets ) leave it for a month and continue whenever I need and want to(spoke to urologist) about it and it can be cycled. Citruline and CM is something which I rely on and it works grea.
 
@knownunknown Then it means people here lack knowledge and are wannabes., even if I have mentioned this individualyl which I should , ideally, as I consume them each supps separately, its no harm to the body and you being someone who has knowledge knows about it well.

I have my blood work also on my profile. ( if someone wants to look at it).

Creatine - 3-5 mg -Increase the muscle mass, helps In maintaining a continuous energy supply to your muscles during intense lifting or exercise, 5% of creatine is used by your brain, so its better to load when you are doing rigorous exercise and playing multiple sports, helps in ATP(google it, ADP-> ATP)
