Orangetheory v CrossFit

@ppat4u I’ve done both and find both to be equally effective for losing weight when done alongside a good diet. You’ll likely find that you aren’t losing weight in CF either if you continue the same high calorie diet. So do whichever workout is most fun for you!

I looooooved CF but am enjoying the change to OTF. Definitely more gentle than CF believe it or not.
