REPORT! I did 100 pull ups a day for 30 days. The result was amazing!!

@16023 The important thing is Progressive overload.

You must increase either reps/set/ or weight workout after workout.

If you want to increase rep, higher frequency training plan such as GTG or the fighter pull up program helps a lot.
 
@triumphant8891 Every time I see this I die 100 of ... a day. I ALWAYS think one thing: please stop you are overtraining massively. Why not just train different musclegroups each day?
 
@dawn16 It's not overtraining at all. I did not do it in one workout. I did it throughout the day.

Plus I just cut off pull up out of my normal training program. I still train push movement and leg.

And I do it only for one month, like focusing on one movement in a short of time to get it better.
 
@triumphant8891 This may feel like its not overtraining. But trust me dude there is no way your muscles recover the next day from 100 pullups. Anything in weightlifting that you do every day(with some exceptions) will not benefit you like you think it will.
