Says here that the farmer’s carry is a full-body workout. Can I just do farmer’s carries every day?

@dinneratsix I started as a paint delivery driver at 37 after COVID shut down my bar.

Can confirm carrying 5 gallon buckets of paint ranging from 45-60 lbs around noticeably improved my traps and grip strength. Going over uneven job site terrain dramatically improved my core.
 
@dinneratsix I think it’s better than not working out at all, but you probably don’t want to do them every day, I think you’d want to take rest days just like any other lifting workout. Also, you should do suitcase carries too
 
@ghancock1210 I stick to suitcase carries on the treadmill, that way you have one hand available to pause the treadmill for getting on and off and don't have to worry about how heavy the weight is
