Semi-randomized wave loading program idea

Been doing a number of Nuepert's workouts the past 8 months and while I love the structure and simplicity I decided to throw in a little variety for a couple of months so came up with this. Uses the old dice roll, one to pick the workout and one the duration. This should create some sort of non-linear loading pattern. The hope is over time to increase the total number of sets/reps for each workout while keeping the weights mostly static. I also threw in a couple more pieces of equipment I have in the home gym like the hex-bar, landmine and some sandbags. They'd been getting dusty over in the corner. Anyways going to run this for a few months and see how it goes. Should be an interesting experiment.
