Tell me a good 5 day split

@otisortiz Because these are smaller muscles as compared to others and do not require higher volumes unlike other parts. 2-3 exercises with 2-3 sets with sufficient load are good enough for arms. Also, biceps get trained with back and triceps with chest. So, no need to devote separate days to them

  1. Shoulder + Bicep
  2. Chest + Tricep
  3. Traps + Lats + Upper and Lower Back
  4. Glutes + Hamstrings + Calves
  5. Forearm + Core (pushup + plank)
You can re arrange, Shuffle, Add and subtract exercises according to your convenience.
