To eat or not to eat before working out in the morning?

@aroah1015 I posted earlier, also a woman. It still depends on how you feel. Ive been doing fasted workouts recently since I moved my gym time around with no issue and feel great. Maybe during period week, you may feel yourself wanting more, but maybe not.

@aroah1015 I've worked with my dietitian so my information comes from her pretty exclusively. That being said we had specific goals we were working on (including supporting mental health) so I'm sure it varies from person to person. One of our goals is specifically working on cortisol levels so it's front of mind. I do agree with others that if it hasn't been an issue then don't stress about it. But I think it's good to be aware of if something feels off.

@aroah1015 Personally, if I don’t eat before working out, I legitimately feel SO weak. If I’m going light /easy that day, I don’t eat, but if I’m actually trying to hit a good workout and feel good, I must eat. Lol. Stomach calls for food xD
