Two Years Worth of Booty Growth (Progress Pics)

@bmorgan Going to check this out after work!! I absolutely love doing weighted glute bridges. Really makes my butt hurts and I’ve noticed a difference ever since I’ve implemented it in my workout routine!!
 
@bmorgan Thank you! I’m going to look into that and I’m going to work on hip thrusts and glute bridges. I definitely don’t do those often enough, nor am I doing them correctly.
