Vellner not holding back on Event 6/7 programming

@chismere He's always been funny. But I don't think I see him going that route. I don't think he's one that will seek to stay/earn in the CrossFit sphere once he's done competing, à la Fraser/ Froning.
 
@maddieh567 Everyone said that about Fraser too, but look at him now.

In reality, the CrossFit space is where these guys made their name and where they have the best earning potential, even after retirement.
 
@dawn16 Fraser hated his previous job. He's only ever said he wouldn't open a box.

Vellner has been actively working towards it even while he could have afforded not to or delayed it until he was done competing.

I mean who knows maybe he'd do something on the side but I'd doubt he'd fully pivot.
 
@dawn16 He's been in chiropractic school full time -- after his undergrad --until approx last year. Then he was doing the equivalent of residency (practicum) and now working part time as a chiropractor.
