@servant1021 It might take some time, but at some point, the idea of ingesting animal stuff just feels gross. For me, it was day one nausea from the thought of putting an egg or flesh anywhere near my mouth. If you have a craving, faux meat/ dairy alternatives are soooo much better than when I started. I never would have thought that a bacon cheeseburger with mayo was possible, but if you want comfort food, that's always an option.
