@shelbycmr I was doing singles for close to a year. One day the coach made everyone do double unders. In about 2 weeks I could do double unders properly, still need more practice though
@shelbycmr The day I started creatine. Sounds silly, and I myself thought so for years, but after plateauing for a long time my buddy told me to give it a try. Progressed a ton in the next month.
@shelbycmr For me I went from scapular pullups to pullups in 3 weeks. However I was able to do pullups before but then I lost the strength and went back to ground zero and now I'm back to my previous strength
