What’s the shortest time span you’ve made a progression from a beginner move an to intermediate or advanced move?

@shelbycmr I was doing singles for close to a year. One day the coach made everyone do double unders. In about 2 weeks I could do double unders properly, still need more practice though 😅
 
@shelbycmr The day I started creatine. Sounds silly, and I myself thought so for years, but after plateauing for a long time my buddy told me to give it a try. Progressed a ton in the next month.
 
@shelbycmr For me I went from scapular pullups to pullups in 3 weeks. However I was able to do pullups before but then I lost the strength and went back to ground zero and now I'm back to my previous strength
 
@shelbycmr From 1 muscle up (my first ever) to 6 muscle ups in 3-4 days, although form wasnt great.

Probably because i was way strong enough for it, just needed to practice the technique, i did one max attempt every day

However to get my first muscle up it took a long time
