What do u have for breakfast

@bagr4 First breakfast (aka pre-7AM class snack): banana and a glass of water. I forgot the water today and got a headache as a result of being dehydrated. probably won't make that mistake for another few weeks... Second breakfast: yogurt, granola, berries, peanut butter.
 
@bagr4 Coffee. I usually skip breakfast :x

I appreciate "intermittent fasting" for normalizing my usual eating habits.
 
@bagr4 Something carby and fluffy with some sort of protein in it! :)
Lately I’ve been having a lot of banana pancakes, it’s 1 egg+1 banana+2 tbs of flour per serving.
Always with coffee.
 
@bagr4 I’m a creature of habit and usually eat fried eggs, chicken sausages, steamed broccoli, and sourdough. I do like steak with peppers and onions and a side of broccoli. Just depends.
 
@bagr4 First breakfast before gym or a run - 20g of an oatmeal blend (oats, coconut, chia seeds)

Second breakfast once I'm hungry - 3 scrambled eggs sprinkled with cilantro or chives, 1 slice brown toast, a handful of spinach and some strawberries/raspberries, and 1 scoop chocolate protein shake
